Rental Policies


DEPOSITS:
All rentals require a minimum $50 security deposit (prices vary depending on whether single items or complete outfits are rented). The standard security deposit is to be charged with the rental fee and will be credited back to your credit card when the rental is returned complete (all items returned in the same condition as rented out).


ALTERATIONS:
If vintage pieces/outfits/garments are altered to fit, they must be returned in their original condition. If a vintage piece/outfit/garment is returned altered or damaged, additional fees will be charged above the security deposit.
Vintage pieces/outfits/garments may NOT be cut, dyed, painted, or embellished. Taped, iron-on bonding-web, glue, or any other type of adhesives may NOT be used on vintage pieces/outfits/garments.


DAMAGED OR LOST ITEM FEES:
Normal wear and tear on vintage pieces/outfits/garments are expected and won’t incur extra charges. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will incur damage charges above the security deposit.
Damage charges will be assessed for broken zippers, detached garment pieces, makeup, other permanent stains, or any other damage that renders the vintage pieces/outfits/garments not rentable. It includes the cost of the supplies needed to restore the item(s) to its original state as well as labor costs. Major damage to vintage pieces/outfits/garments including irreparable tears or irreversible marks will be assessed at the replacement value of the item. Lost vintage pieces/outfits/garments will be assessed with a lost item fee of the replacement value of the item.
I agree to submit payment to complete the rental process with MPC Vintage. I understand this information will only be used if damage/replacement charges above the security deposit are required and will be returned to me upon the return and approval of the rented vintage pieces/outfit/garments.

MPC Vintage is not responsible or liable to The Renter for personal injury or death to any person, or property damage arising out of or in connection with said items owned or leased by MPC Vintage. The Renter agrees to use the costumes or other items specified in this agreement at the Renter’s own risk.



I have read and understood the Rental Policies above and agree to abide by them. I agree to pay damage/replacement charges to MPC Vintage at the current replacement value if required.

By selecting the “I agree” button, I am signing this document electronically. I agree that my electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my manual/handwritten signature on this document. By selecting “I agree” using any device, means, or action, I consent to the legally binding terms and conditions of this document. I further agree that my signature on this document is as valid as if I signed the document in writing. I am also confirming that I am authorized to enter into this Agreement. If I am signing this document on behalf of a minor, I represent and warrant that I am the minor’s parent or legal guardian.

I may decline to electronically sign this document and withdraw my consent to sign this document electronically by contacting the signature requestor directly, which may delay transactions. I may contact the signature requestor separately to request to sign this document on paper or to receive a paper copy of the signed document. Any fees for such paper copy will be charged then by the signature requestor. When I sign the document, I will receive a copy of this document via email.

I understand that the electronically stored copy of my signature, any written instruction or authorization, and any other document provided to me by MPC Vintage is considered to be the true, accurate, and complete record, legally enforceable in any proceeding to the same extent as if such documents were originally generated and maintained in printed form. I agree not to contest the admissibility or enforceability of the electronically stored copy of this document and any other documents. I agree to the terms and conditions of this document on behalf of myself or as the parent or legal guardian of the minor on whose behalf I am signing this document.
