  • You must contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours.
  • Items must be shipped out within the next business day.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Ms. Phay’s Closet. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange.
  • Exchange policy only applies to items purchased online.
  • All products purchased at our store are final sales. No refunds, store credits or exchanges.
  • We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Exchange Policy.
